Position Summary

• The Cyber Transformation Lead is an Associate director-level role accountable for converting KPMG’s Microsoft Security and Cyber alliance pipeline into signed, delivering, revenue-generating engagements across Africa. This role combines senior client-facing presence with deep cybersecurity transformation expertise – owning the end-to-end pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity mandates including SOC deployments, IAM programmes, Zero Trust architectures, and cyber resilience frameworks. The role is a primary revenue contributor within Block A, personally accountable for alliance-attributed cyber revenue and acting as the senior KPMG face to Microsoft’s security partner ecosystem.

Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification required.
• Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, SC-200 or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory role.
• .Proven experience delivering cybersecurity transformation programmes (SOC, IAM, Zero Trust, Cyber Resilience) for major enterprise or government clients in Africa.
• Demonstrated track record of working within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to originate and deliver cyber solutions.
