Credit Repair Specialist Job Bruntwork

Responsibilities:
- Perform credit repairs for assigned clients using the company’s proprietary 4-7 day process
- Prepare and submit FTC reports and CFPB claims as needed
- Execute check system removal procedures for negative accounts
- Conduct client calls to discuss credit repair progress and next steps
- Handle administrative tasks related to client account management
- Complete client reports and documentation
- Follow company-specific processes and guidelines for credit repair procedures
- Communicate directly with clients throughout the credit repair process
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit repair operations
- Knowledge of FTC reporting procedures
- Experience with CFPB claims processing
- Familiarity with check system removal techniques
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with credit repair administrative processes
- Comfortable working with non-traditional credit repair timelines
