Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for collectors.
- Build capability in negotiation, customer engagement, and ethical debt recovery practices.
- Coach and mentor team leaders and agents on call quality and conversion rates.
- Develop structured training modules on call handling, objection management, and behavioral segmentation of debtors.
- Embed compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive a culture of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric collections.
- Analyze performance data to ensure refined training content.
- Introduce best practices and innovation in collections strategy.
- Support onboarding and development programs.
- Align training with business goals and portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in any Business relevant field.
- At least 5 years Experience in Training.
- Demonstrated understanding of the loan recovery industry.
