Key Responsibilities
- Deal origination and pipeline development
- Preparation of investor pitch decks including but not limited to teasers, information memorandum etc
- Conducting both buyside and vendor due diligence
- Financial modelling
- Business valuation
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- An undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or actuarial science
- At least two years’ experience in corporate finance with hands on experience in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
- Detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills and able to provide insights to experienced business owners and industry leaders through in-depth interpretation of company financials and macro-economic data.
- Agile, able to deal with ambiguity, and deliver quality output in an unstructured work environment.
- Proof of completion or ongoing pursuit of a professional course such as KASNEB’s CIFA, СРА or CFA will be an added advantage
Remuneration
- A competitive fixed salary
- A share of success fees on all closed deals worked on
