Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Busia County, Kenya. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing business plans, managing financial operations, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires leadership in strategic planning, team management, and aligning operational activities with the overall goals of The Urban Loft Café.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Budgeting skills and financial planning experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
