The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling, and brand-aligned multimedia content for the conglomerate’s corporate and subsidiary brands. The role supports digital marketing, corporate communications, employer branding, CSR storytelling, and campaign execution across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Development
- Create engaging, original content including videos, graphics, photos, articles, scripts, and social media posts.
- Develop storytelling concepts that highlight brand values, products, services, milestones, and societal impact.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and business-unit teams to understand content needs.
- Multimedia Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, web, and internal communications.
- Capture high-quality photography for events, campaigns, and brand materials.
- Design digital assets such as infographics, posters, banners, and motion graphics.
- Social Media & Digital Support
- Tailor content to suit various digital platforms
- Collaborate with the Social Media Officer to ensure consistent storytelling and brand tone.
- Provide creative assets for paid campaigns and corporate communication initiatives.
- Content Management
- Maintain an organized content library including raw footage, edited files, and design assets.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the content calendar.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Research & Ideation
- Monitor global and local content trends, especially those relevant to Kenyan audiences.
- Propose innovative concepts for brand visibility, user engagement, and product storytelling.
- Conduct quick research to support scripts, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Event Coverage
- Provide real-time content during corporate events, launches, CSR activations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Produce highlight videos, photo sets, and social media-ready materials promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in content creation, videography, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency/corporate setup is an advantage.
