Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or Trade Certification in Construction, Civil/Structural Engineering, Built Environment, or related field
- Minimum 5 years hands-on, site-based construction experience across multiple trades, particularly finishes
- Experience in site quality control, QA/QC inspection, or works supervision
- Vocational training, coaching, or adult learning experience is an advantage
- Experience in women empowerment or community development programs is beneficial
Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of construction workmanship standards
- Ability to read work holistically and trace gaps to root causes
- Confident in enforcing quality and safety standards
- Strong coaching, mentorship, and follow-through skills
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical ability
- Ability to identify patterns and systemic issues across trades
- Comfortable moving across multiple workshops and collaborating with teams
