We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about storytelling, media, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and internal communications.
• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
• Collaborate with design and digital teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Assist in content planning for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Support media outreach, maintain press contact database, and monitor media coverage.
• Produce and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Stay updated with digital trends and communication techniques.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:

• Engaging and brand-consistent marketing copy and content.
• Regular blog posts and thought leadership content for SEO and brand authority.
• Timely press releases and media assets.
• Video content for social media platforms.
• Media monitoring reports and internal communication materials.
• Content calendar management and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences.
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication trends.
• Basic video editing skills and interest in content creation.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of SEO and best practices for digital content.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Understanding of media relations and communications metrics.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
