Commission-Based Sales Representative (Remote) Job
BVR’s Creative Lodge is a full-service branding agency based in Bucharest, Romania, with over 20 years of experience delivering visual identity systems, packaging design, corporate photography, and digital campaigns. We work with emerging and established brands across Europe who need powerful, intelligent creative work to stand out in their industries.
We’re expanding and looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to help us close more high-value creative contracts. If you know how to identify real business needs, present smart solutions, align with the client’s brand personality and expectations, and convert prospects into paying clients: We want you on board.
What You’ll Be Selling
- You’ll pitch and close creative service packages including:
- Branding & visual identity systems (starting at €3,000)
- Packaging design services for product-based businesses (€2,500–€10,000+)
- Digital content design retainers for social media
- Recurrent Creative DTP Services
- Product and Corporate Photography Services (Romanian Sales Representatives Only)
- Campaign visuals, pitch decks, brand strategy workshops
- UI Web/App Design Services
- We provide detailed sales materials, portfolio decks, and pricing frameworks to support your outreach.
Commission Structure
- Earn 5%-10%-15% per closed project, based on sales experience (Entry/Mid/Senior Level) and involvement
- Typical project value: €3,000–€12,000+
- After a consistent 3-month performance, top closers are eligible for a retainer + commission hybrid role
Your Role
- Prospect and qualify leads (companies, founders, DTC brands, FMCG clients, etc.)
- Run discovery calls / approach your network and pitch BVR’s Creative Lodge services
- Collaborate with our creative director to shape proposals that match client needs
- You own the deal from first pitch to signed contract and you get paid as soon as the client makes their advance payment
Who You Are
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in branding, design, or marketing services
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Fluent in English (Romanian, French, German and/or Spanish is a big plus)
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and persistent
- You understand creative value and can translate it into business terms
