What are we looking for?

The Field Collection Officer is responsible for coordinating and executing the collection of the phones or devices from the customers. The role ensures proper documentation, accountability and reporting of all collected assets in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door collection of devices from customers.
• Verify customer details before collection to ensure proper identification and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of collected devices including serial numbers, conditions and locations.
• Work closely with regional and HQ teams to reconcile device data and track pending collections.
• Escalate any dispute, security issues or exceptions encountered during collection.
• Support logistics in transferring collected devices to designated storage, service centers and HQ.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and ethical standards during field operations.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in field operations, collection or asset recovery.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, supply chain, Operations or related field.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, GPS tools and reporting apps
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle company property responsibly.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Driving skills (Boda boda). Must have a Valid License (Class A2)
