Chief Strategy Consultant Job

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level strategic diagnostics, including stakeholder discovery and executive alignment
- Facilitate Board and ExCo strategy working sessions, prioritisation discussions, and decision forums
- Translate strategic direction into execution-ready priorities, portfolios, and measurable performance outcomes
- Develop executive-grade outputs including strategy narratives, investment cases, transformation roadmaps, and decision papers
- Establish implementation governance, including cadence, accountability, and performance review discipline
- Provide senior advisory support during rollout, stabilisation, and early implementation to sustain momentum

Qualifications
- A strong academic foundation in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years progressive experience in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, corporate strategy, or senior advisory leadership
- MBA is strongly recommended; PhD or equivalent research-based qualification is highly desirable
- Demonstrated track record leading enterprise-level strategy engagements from diagnosis to implementation governance
- Proven ability to operate at Board, CEO, and Executive Committee level with high credibility and discretion
- Strong command of strategic analysis, operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management systems
- Exceptional executive writing capability (board papers, strategic narratives, decision memos, investment cases)
- High maturity in stakeholder management, influence, and facilitation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial judgement, including experience shaping proposals and leading senior client engagements
