Chief Officer – Infrastructure and Roads Job

  • Provide strategic leadership and coordination in the Department of Roads and Infrastructure.
  • Formulate and implement policies and development plans in line with county objectives.
  • Supervise implementation of road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with national agencies on shared infrastructure programs.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Evaluate and report on project performance and compliance.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders in infrastructure development.
  • Oversee contract management and procurement processes in the sector.
