What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with customer service, game providers, and technical teams to resolve player disputes quickly and fairly.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations in all jurisdictions (including IOM & South Africa).
• Manage and schedule game launches, updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Source and manage marketing assets for banners, promotions, and site refreshes.
• Monitor player behaviour for signs of fraud, exploitation, or technical loopholes.
• Assist with marketing activities including email campaigns and basic HTML content updates.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ experience in online casino operations or the gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of casino games, risk management, and player profiling.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and digital content management.
• Basic HTML skills and strong computer proficiency.
