Customer Service Jobs

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information, support, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers.
  • Must be team player and able to work on nights shifts when required.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree is an added advantage).
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is plus.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.

  • Able to use computers and navigate multiple systems/CRMs.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
