The Business Transformation Lead – Adoption & Change Management (ACM) is a senior, revenue-owning leadership role responsible for driving measurable business transformation outcomes for CPS customers and internally. The role aims to ensure that digital, AI, and Modern Work investments translate into sustained productivity gains, improved decision-making, and operating model transformation. This position directly owns revenue targets for transformation services and plays a critical role in increasing enterprise deal size, margin, and long-term customer value.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports to: General Manager

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To design, lead, and scale CPS’s Business Transformation and Adoption & Change Management practice, positioning CPS as a trusted business transformation and AI advisory partner rather than a technology implementation provider only.

IMPORTANCE OF THE ROLE

This role is critical to CPS’s growth strategy and market positioning. It ensures CPS owns the business outcome layer of customer engagements, strengthens executive relationships, and drives sustainable, high-margin transformation revenue.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and deliver an annual revenue target for Adoption & Change Management and Business Transformation services
  • Drive incremental revenue by embedding transformation services into enterprise solution engagements
  • Develop and sell standalone transformation offerings including AI Transformation, Copilot Value Realization, and Digital Workplace Transformation
  • Contribute to customer renewal, expansion, and long-term account growth SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY • Workforce productivity transformation
  • AI-enabled operating model redesign
  • Executive and management work transformation Functional transformation across all departments i.e. Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Digital governance, risk, and compliance enablement
  • Business Transformation Leadership Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives for assigned customers and strategic CPS programs. Translate business strategy into new ways of working, decision models, and measurable productivity improvements.
  • Transformation Planning and Operating Model Design Design future-state operating models that integrate people, processes, technology, and governance. Ensure alignment with executive business priorities.
  • AI and Copilot Adoption Leadership Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives using Microsoft 365 Copilot as a productivity and decision-acceleration platform. Define governance, readiness, and value realization frameworks.
  • Commercial Engagement and Deal Support Partner with Sales and Leadership teams to shape enterprise deals, define transformation scope, articulate business value, and influence pricing and commercial structures.
  • Performance Measurement and Executive Reporting Define success metrics and track business outcomes including productivity uplift, cycle time reduction, cost avoidance, and revenue acceleration. Produce executive and board level reports.
  • Practice Development and Capability Building Establish and grow the Adoption & Change Management practice as a scalable, profitable business unit. Develop methodologies, tools, and intellectual property. Mentor and lead transformation consultants.

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

  • Define and approve transformation scope, outcomes, and success criteria
  • Influence or halt engagements that lack clear business objectives or value definition
  • Shape pricing and commercial models for transformation services KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
  • Annual transformation revenue achieved
  • Percentage of enterprise deals including ACM services
  • Measurable productivity and business outcomes delivered
  • Customer executive satisfaction and retention
  • Profitability and scalability of the ACM practice

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) in:
  • Business Administration
  • Strategy
  • Organizational Change
  • Digital Transformation o Management
  • or Technology Management Professional certifications in one or more of the following areas are highly desirable:
  • Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) o Project / Program Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Digital Transformation, AI, or Technology Leadership o Microsoft certifications related to Modern Work, Security, or Copilot (advantage) Work Experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in change management, adoption, or organizational transformation roles preferably in an IT firm.
  • Experience working in or with IT teams and technology-driven programs. Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability at all organizational levels.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy for user experiences.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
