Job Purpose
The Business Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for executing Isolutions Associates Limited’s sales strategy to maintain and grow the customer base and sales revenue. This role ensures measurable business growth, increased market share, and enhanced visibility of the company’s brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth within the assigned customer base.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities.
- Conduct market research and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Implement lead generation activities such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and face-to- face meetings.
- Follow through the sales process, ensuring lead times are met.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and risk management.
Account Management & Upselling
- Grow revenue from existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Understand client business challenges and align company solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to add value to current customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strategic relationships between the company’s senior management and key client personnel.
- Ensure clients receive high ROI from company solutions.
- Establish monthly and quarterly client reviews.
- Support onboarding processes to create a positive customer experience.
Payment & Financial Accountability
- Ensure timely client payments as per the agreement.
- Monitor client budgets and negotiate new terms where necessary.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor actions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other tracking mechanisms.
- Provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Participate in professional training and certifications to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or in BBIT or Business-related course.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Cybersecurity/ software sales.
- Proven experience in business development and account management.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products and industry trends will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
