Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in Building Construction in line with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Facilitate practical and workshop-based learning activities.
• Supervise student projects and site-related practical work.
• Assess, record, and report learners’ academic progress.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
• Promote safety standards during practical sessions.
• Uphold school values, policies, and professional ethics.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education (Building Construction/Construction Technology) or related field.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• At least two (2) years of teaching experience.
• Strong technical and practical skills in construction.
• Good communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
