Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic BTL & Events Manager to lead our experiential and events marketing projects. This role goes beyond project management—you will also act as a strategic leader in the absence of the Managing Director (MD), ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and reporting of BTL campaigns and live events.
• Managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Driving innovation in experiential marketing, brand activations, and consumer engagement.
• Providing leadership and decision-making support when the MD is away, including team management and client representation.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in BTL marketing, events management, or experiential campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership experience — must have managed teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Track record of delivering successful large-scale activations and ROI-driven campaigns.
• Added Advantage (not mandatory): Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Events/Experiential Marketing.
