Branch Manager – Nairobi Job Access Bank
Banking Jobs, Access Bank Kenya Jobs. Branch Manager drives sales targets, manages branch operations, and enforces compliance and credit standards, requires a Business-related Degree and 7+ years banking experience.
Qualifications:
- A first degree in any Business related discipline
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance and relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a bank or financial institution
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong credit and marketing skills
- Excellent financial analysis and interpretation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
