Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Branch Manager focusing on the Logbook Loan Product. The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising daily branch operations, managing staff, meeting sales and revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing branch strategies, overseeing loan processing and approvals, monitoring branch performance, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting team members in achieving individual and collective goals.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in overseeing branch operations
- Knowledge of financial services, especially loan products such as logbook loans
- Proficiency in sales, marketing, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze financial data, develop strategies, and achieve branch performance targets
- Proficiency in financial software systems and basic IT skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the microfinance or banking sector is highly advantageous
