  • Stay at your bar station at all times during the shift.
  • Report any low or depleted supplies early.
  • Interact with customers professionally when needed.
  • Maintain shop aesthetics and represent K&G values.

  • Prep foam bottles early as possible.
  • Clean and refill matcha set, coffee grinder, and espresso machine daily.
  • Re-check recipe book when making new or seasonal drinks.

  • Clean station before, on-the-go, and after shift, sanitize equipment thoroughly.
  • Assist wait staff if needed with packing or cup checks: without leaving your station.
