Key Requirements:

• Strong managerial experience in edible oil or agro-processing factories.
• Prior avocado oil experience preferred; olive oil acceptable.
• Excellent operational, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with exports and international quality standards is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all factory operations including production, maintenance, procurement, logistics, inventory, and dispatch
• Drive machinery performance, capacity planning, and overall production efficiency
• Oversee production supervisors and technical teams to ensure output, quality, and cost targets are met
• Supervise raw material procurement, stock control, and export coordination
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and international quality standards
• Prepare operational budgets, reports, and align production planning with sales and export demand
