We are looking for a Store Manager Assistant to join our growing team and support the launch and operations of our flagship store at Village Market Mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth store functioning.
• Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support inventory control, stock organization, and visual merchandising.
• Contribute to sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting the brand.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure store standards align with Giovane Gentile’s international brand image.

Requirements

• Previous retail or fashion store experience (assistant manager or supervisory level preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for fashion and retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
