Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd vision is to be a world class producer of dairy brands while the Mission is to offer high quality brands to our consumers efficiently for stakeholder’s value maximization
Job purpose: Assist in management and coordination of the sales and distribution activities to ensure achievement of the sales objectives in the organization

Key responsibilities among others

• Set individual sales targets including market potential, and sales forecasts and ensure that they are achieved
• Manage the Sales Function Budget; i.e sales control and cost analysis as well as sales force expenses.
• Ensure efficient, quality and effective customer service standards which will include customer communication and problems resolving.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns to grow market share, including analyzing data,
• developing strategies and identifying gaps and opportunities
• Ensuring that optimum distribution and merchandising levels for the company’s entire range of products Ensuring supervision and coordination of staff in the department products is achieved and maintained throughout the region.

Qualifications, experience and competencies:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales &Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Sales Management will be an added advantage
• 6 years’ experience with 3 years in senior sales management experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
• A valid good conduct and a valid dairy licence
