Nakuru Car and General is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with the below qualifications

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or business-related courses.
  • Knowledge in basic computer packages (Especially MS Excel and MS Word)
  • At least three years working experience in the same/related position.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must be of good conduct and integrity.
  • Must be willing and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Must have better understanding of the Car and General Products.
  • Valid driving license

Soft Skills

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in setting retail targets in the area of designation.
  • Responsible in growing new network and retail both cash and finance sales in the area.
  • Responsible in achieving set target in his region.
  • Preparing and sending sales report as per standard set formats requested.
  • Responsible in branding and visibility in his region.
  • Responsible in handling all test ride allocated in his region.
  • Growing market share as per set and agreed measures.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team assigned to him.
  • Building good relationship and supporting the dealers and financiers
  • Undertaking with diligence any other duties assigned to you by the management.
