  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager, based in Nairobi. The Assistant Property Manager will support day-to-day property management activities, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, property inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • The role will involve managing property records, responding to tenant inquiries, and assisting with marketing efforts for property listings.
  • The candidate will also collaborate closely with the property management team to implement strategies that optimize property performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Property management knowledge, including experience in tenant relations and maintenance coordination
  • Administrative skills, including record-keeping, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in marketing property listings, with a capability for creating and implementing marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
