Assistant Estates Manager Grade 11 EU/AFP/2025- 0924
Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications and requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics or relevant field.
- Three (3) years experience as Senior Maintenance Officer I.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deputize Estates Manager.
- Assist in organizing, managing and performing all function of the department.
- Assist in maintenance of University plants, properties and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of budget provision.
- Assist in Submission of plant, property and equipment reports to the University.
- Formulation and submission of policy proposal on physical infrastructure and development of the University.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
