  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls. Execute said plan and meet sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing training of the salespeople. Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation.
  • Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers and other related industries to help strengthen partnerships. Leverage the existing network and expand the company’s product reach and repeat business through relationship building and exceptional customer experience.
  • Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field – from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. (FMCG) with at least 1 year’s experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Spoken and written English communication with the highest standards of professionalism is required.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management. Must be a fast learner, highly self-motivated, capable of producing high-impact work without supervision, adaptable, and self-confident. High business acumen with excellent presentation and communication skills. Driven with a persuasive, enthusiastic, and client-centric focus.
  • Experience in General Trade (GT ) is an Added Advantage
