Role Objective

The architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion. This role combines creative design with technical coordination and construction oversight to ensure that projects meet both aesthetic goals and practical requirements. The role reports to the Managing Director.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Design specifically to a pre-determined construction budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, translating their vision into

• Transformclient visions into cohesive architectural and interior design concepts.
• Producehigh-fidelity 3D visualizations, mood boards, and spatial layouts to communicate design intent.
• Synthesizeaesthetic goals with practical functionality to create high-performance spaces.
• Generatecomprehensive construction documentation, including precise floor plans, sections, and technical details.
• Curatedetailed specifications and schedules for all finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
• Verifytotal compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Consultwith stakeholders to align design strategies with budgetary constraints and project milestones.
• Synthesizeclient requirements into actionable design briefs that align with project goals.
• Provide expert consultationon project feasibility, regulatory constraints, and innovative design solutions.
• Oversee the integrationof spatial planning, lighting, finishes, and furniture layouts for cohesive interiors.
• Curatematerial palettes and finishes that reinforce the overarching architectural narrative.
• Lead cross-disciplinary collaborationwith interior design teams to ensure a unified aesthetic.
• Authorcomprehensive construction documents, technical specifications, and detailed architectural sets.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordinationwith MEP, structural, and specialty consultants to resolve technical conflicts.
• Guaranteetotal compliance with building codes, zoning ordinances, and life-safety regulations.
• Bridge the gapbetween design and construction teams to ensure project continuity.
• Conduct site inspectionsto verify that the build matches the design intent and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site design conflictsquickly to prevent construction delays.
• Audit workmanshipand finishes to ensure premium execution.
• Manage design revisionsand change orders without compromising the original vision or quality.
• Review and approveshop drawings, material samples, and mockups.
• Validate that all materialsand installations meet technical and aesthetic specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managersto align the design scope with the project budget.
• Optimize costsby selecting high-quality, cost-effective materials and methods.
• Monitor project milestonesto ensure a seamless transition from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with subcontractorsand specialist suppliers for high-standard delivery.
• Lead the close-out process, including as-built documentation and post-completion defect resolution.
• Guarantee the final buildfully meets client expectations and design goals

• Design approval rate -100% of initial designs approved by client without major changes
• Zero Number of design revisions

Project Delivery and Efficiency

• Project design timelines-95% of design deliverables completed on or before the scheduled deadline
• On-time project completion-95% of projects delivered on schedule from concept to handover
• Adherence to budget- 95% of projects delivered within the allocated design and materials budget

Construction & Site Coordination

• Achieve 100% Design Compliance
• -5% number of On site Design issues (errors, omissions etc.)

Client & Stakeholder Satisfaction

• 100% client satisfaction score on design and build process post project
• 95% of clients return for new projects or refer other based on design satisfaction

Documentation & Compliance

• Accuracy of construction documents (drawing revisions or errors post approval
• Regulatory approval success rate (95% of submitted plans approved by local authorities without resubmission).

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in architecture & interior design projects, design-build environments.
• Architectural license/Professional membership will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD.3D rendering tools.MS Office & project management tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, design standards and regulatory compliance.
