Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI & ICT Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and ICT solutions. You will collaborate closely with our product development team to design, build, and optimize AI-driven applications that enhance our educational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models and scalable digital learning platforms (web and mobile)
• Conduct research and apply emerging educational technologies, including AI, cybersecurity, and next-generation learning systems
• Pilot and implement Generative AI (LLMs) for personalized learning, ensuring ethical and responsible use
• Develop data pipelines and apply predictive analytics to monitor student performance and improve retention
• Analyze complex datasets and build dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau, Python, R) to drive data-informed decisions
• Design and prototype innovative EdTech solutions, including virtual labs, AR/VR environments, and gamified learning modules
• Manage ICT infrastructure, ensure system security/compliance, and provide technical support and troubleshooting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, data science or a related field
• Proven experience in AI/ML development (5 years and above )
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure and software development methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an added advantage
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the Ed-tech sector

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Ed-tech or digital learning environments
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• UI/UX awareness for digital platforms
• Knowledge of system integration and APIs
