Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce e-learning videos, animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator for agricultural training and certification.
• Develop interactive multimedia content (infographics, posters, and e-learning modules) optimized for both digital and print platforms.
• Ensure technical and quality compliance for all content, including accessibility, SCORM/xAPI standards, and multi-platform optimization.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and agricultural experts to translate complex technical information into engaging visual learning resources.
• Maintain content quality and workflow efficiency through organized asset libraries, brand guidelines, and standard production processes.
• Support innovation in digital learning technologies, exploring interactive simulations, VR/AR, and gamified learning approaches.
• Contribute to creative team learning by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and supporting knowledge transfer.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field from a recognized Institution.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Animate.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, video production, and interactive e-learning content.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, accessibility compliance, and optimization for digital learning platforms.

Professional Competencies:

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in agricultural education, rural development, or social impact content design is an added advantage.
