Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills and experience in handling finances related to tendering and project-based work. This role also involves overseeing rent reconciliation and managing property-related financials.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking for tendered works
- Handle statutory compliance including tax, NHIF, NSSF, and PAYE
- Conduct rent reconciliation and manage property accounts
- Generate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Source for awarded projects
- Liaise with procurement and project teams on financial matters
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA Section 4 or higher
- At least 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Proven experience in tendering/project accounting is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
