Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the company’s finance and accounting systems, processes, and policies.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and sub-ledger records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.

Required Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPAK qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to the construction industry.
• Experience in setting up finance functions or improving financial processes is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks Or have experience implementing an accounting system.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
