Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Teacher who can teach up to A Levels based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, delivering high-quality mathematics education, assessing students’ progress, and providing individualized support. Duties also include engaging with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics with physics as a second subject
- Experience teaching A Levels for at least two years
- Knowledge of the A/AS Level Cambridge curriculum
- Having worked with one employer for at least three years, with minimum total teaching experience of seven years
- Personable and able to work well as part of a team
- Keen to support student progress at all times
