Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a 3-6 Years Montessori Teacher located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, guiding children through Montessori activities, and fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing students’ progress, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining a prepared classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices
• Demonstrated ability in Teaching and Training young children
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Certification or training in the Montessori Method is highly preferred
• A passion for working with children and fostering their development
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Experience in an international or multi-cultural school setting is advantageous
