1. Kindly introduce yourself and the relationship you have with CSS
My name is Anthony N. Mukuhi. I am the Operations Manager at Humanitarian Global. I have been able to work with CSS when it comes to restructuring our organization and getting their recruitment services. 2. How would you describe the overall recruitment process with CSS for the different roles CSS have hired for you?
CSS has helped me with four roles: a salesperson, an accountant and admin role, an academic registrar, and an academic coordinator. The whole process is consultative as the organization kept me updated in terms of coming up from coming up with the JD to the entire recruitment process while also getting advice on how best to approach the different tasks at hand. I got value because CSS met our expectations.

Yes. I learned about CSS when I was in a highly needy position. They listened to me in terms of trying to understand the challenges and gaps I had. They did an excellent job ensuring they put all considerations into ensuring they met my needs and the gaps I had were filled.
4. What is the one thing that stood out for you with the CSS recruitment process?
The continuous follow-up and engagement to ensure they updated me throughout the recruitment process. They also followed up on how the team they had hired for us was doing, which stood out for me.
5. Would you recommend our recruitment process to others, and if so, why?
Yes, 100%, because CSS is an organization that takes a step further to even advise you. Sometimes I needed to be more accurate in my projections, and through their expertise, I could have a more comprehensive picture. I work with them closely, and their support has been quite outstanding.
