  1. Hi Samuel, thank you for your comment. Some employers usually request for certifications as a prove that you have gained skills through training. Learning can also take place by observations but it is good to be certified.

  2. It is not a prerequisite to register for an M&E Course to be a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Expert. Postgraduate courses entail everything related to M& E, and others have the experience to do M&E without taking the course. That os a blanket generalisation
