Job Summary

The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, tutorials, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and passionate about storytelling in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality footage for product launches, promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards that communicate our brand message.
• Participate in location scouting and assist in selecting appropriate equipment.
• Operate and maintain professional video equipment, including cameras (e.g., Canon, Sony, Panasonic), tripods, and lighting kits.
• Edit and produce videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Incorporate sound effects, voiceovers, and background music using audio editing software like Adobe Audition and Audacity.
• Review videos to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their vision and provide updates.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in videography, video editing, and mobile technology.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies through engaging video content.
• Analyze video performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make improvements.
• Create and maintain a video content calendar to organize and prioritize upcoming projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video content that resonate with our audience.
• Provide training and support to junior team members or interns as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role within the tech or mobile industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work relevant to product promotion and marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound design principles.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and sound design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to various locations for shoots as needed and adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
