Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and keeping records of all incoming and outgoing goods from central stores
• Maintaining permanent, expendable and consumable ledgers professionally
• Issuing goods to persons and departments at the institute
• Preparing LPOS and sending out quotation s
• Verifying physical stock taking and clearance from staff and trainees who are leaving the institute
• Keeping materials in the right place areas in the manner prescribed
• Maintaining general cleanliness and organization in the store
• Initiating physical stock taking of all institute departments/offices occasionally

Requirements

• Must have a Diploma in Supply chain Management from a recognized examining body
• Must have at least 3 years experience in store keeping
• Above the age of 25 years of age
• Must be computer literate
