Shop Attendant (Social Media Skills) Job

Duties and Responsibilities

In-Store Duties:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Guide customers in making purchases, offering styling advice when needed.
  • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Take clear and appealing photos/videos of products for online promotion.
  • Create engaging and creative posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the online community.
  • Assist in implementing digital campaigns to boost store traffic and online visibility.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion sales, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills
  • Ability to capture visually appealing product images and create content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented
  • A good sense of style and current fashion trends
