Our client is seeking a highly experienced and authoritative Senior Architect to lead design and build projects from concept through to completion. This role requires a mature professional with strong leadership presence, capable of driving projects, managing clients, and commanding respect across multidisciplinary teams and construction sites.
This is not a junior or mid-level role — we are looking for a confident, decisive individual who can take full ownership of projects and deliver excellence with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects end-to-end: concept development, design execution, and project delivery
- Translate client briefs into high-quality, functional, and aesthetically sound design solutions
- Provide strategic direction on design, materials, and construction methods
- Oversee preparation of architectural drawings, technical documentation, and specifications
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits and enforce design integrity during construction
- Review and approve drawings, materials, and finishes
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in architecture, with strong exposure to design & build projects
- Registered Architect / Professional membership is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing projects independently from concept to completion
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulatory requirements
