Sales Representative- Nairobi Job Mhasibu Sacco

Sales & Marketing Jobs, Mhasibu Sacco Jobs. Responsible for marketing and selling Sacco products and services, recruiting new members, identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining member relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market outreach, responding to member inquiries, preparing sales reports, and supporting member education on Sacco products. Requires relevant sales or marketing qualifications. The position is based in Nairobi requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through member recruitment and growth of the Society’s portfolio.
• Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective members.
• Maintain effective customer service that meets members’ expectations.
• Develop sales proposals, presentations and reports on time.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Collect member feedback at networking forums to generate leads and improve products and services.
• Participate in marketing activities and events.
• Analyse territory and market potential; track sales and status reports.
• Any other lawful duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a business-related field or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• A relevant degree and membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar position.

Key Performance Indicators

• Monthly member recruitment targets achieved.
• Retention of existing members per portfolio.
• Loan uptake and savings by recruited members.
• Daily activity reports, market research and feedback.
