Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers in selecting the appropriate branding designs, garments, and promotional merchandise for their needs. You will also serve customers as a link with the company in ensuring their job is planned appropriately and executed successfully to exceed the customer’s needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organises client visits, offers solutions, answers questions, provides quotations and offers samples to secure customer’s branding and promotion needs and contacts people who are in a position to influence the purchase decision.
- Obtains accurate customer deadline dates and advises production whenever a sample proofs will be delayed, and when deadlines must be changed.
- Clearly communicating company values and updating clients on existing orders and any new products, and or marketing initiatives
- Consistently achieving monthly or quarterly targets
- Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
- Accessing company SAP systems to access analytics about customers and create reports for the Team Leader
- On boarding new clients to help them understand the full suite of company promotional products, and services
- Acting as the point of contact if clients have any issues and helping them work through problems
- Assesses customer’s plans regarding future branding projects, future budgets, and in-house marketing plans and update manager of this information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in corporate sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Experience writing and delivering communications to other departments
- Proficiency with computers using common office applications, email, and calendaring
- Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in selling corporate promotional branding merchandise, advertisement and or printing will be an added advantage.
- Successful candidates will also be entitled to a competitive commission structure.
