Location: Nakuru County
Employment Type: Full Time / Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the dairy processing operations
- Conduct laboratory tests and routine quality checks on raw milk, in-process and finished products
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, KEBS, KDB and food safety standards
- Document and report quality issues and corrective actions
- Support audits and inspections from regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in quality control within dairy or food processing
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety management systems
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
