Job Purpose

Woodcreek School is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Procurement Officer to join its administrative team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier management, procurement planning, budgeting, cost control, inventory tracking, and maintaining accurate procurement records while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• CPSP-K qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a busy procurement function.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Experience with institutional procurement processes in Kenya.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage.
