This opportunity is tailored for accomplished professionals currently operating at the top of their field within the security and integrated technology industry.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically targeting experienced A-team professionals with proven success in security technology, systems integration, ICT infrastructure, surveillance, command centers, HSE technologies, and enterprise solutions.

  • Lead the end-to-end presales process for enterprise and commercial clients
  • Understand client operational, technical, and security requirements
  • Design and present integrated security and technology solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Support revenue growth through strategic solution selling and bid support
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, BOQs, solution designs, and tender responses
  • Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and technical client engagements
  • Work closely with technical, operations, and project delivery teams for seamless implementation
  • Participate in costing, project scoping, and commercial strategy discussions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in: Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, Systems Integration, Enterprise Solutions
  • Strong background within: Electronic Security Systems, CCTV & Surveillance, Access Control, Networking & ICT Infrastructure, Command & Control Systems, Integrated Security Solutions, HSE technologies or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience handling enterprise and high-value commercial accounts
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and solution design capability
  • Proven ability to influence and close complex solution-based engagements
  • Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Industry certifications in networking, security systems, project management, or enterprise technologies are highly advantageous
  • Experience working with multinational or regional clients across East Africa is preferred
  • Familiarity with leading technologies and platforms such as: Hikvision, Dahua, Genetec, Milestone, Cisco, Fortinet, Gallagher, Suprema, Avigilon, AI-enabled surveillance and integrated command systems
