Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of peacebuilding, conflict prevention, transformation and social justice initiatives.
- Support community outreach and engagement with key stakeholders, including civil society organizations, community leaders, government actors, refugees and host communities.
- Support the organization and facilitation of community dialogues, Funnel dialogue approach and conflict prevention trainings and stakeholder engagement forums.
- Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting related to peace and social justice program outcomes and impact.
- Contribute to research, documentation, success stories, case studies and learning products on peacebuilding and conflict transformation interventions.
- Support advocacy initiatives, campaigns and capacity-building activities under the pillar.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes and maintaining project documentation.
- Participate in RCK’s wider programmatic interventions as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies, International Relations, Development Studies, Diplomacy, Political Science, or a related field of social sciences.
- Strong interest in peacebuilding, conflict transformation, social justice, governance and humanitarian work.
- Basic understanding of conflict dynamics, social cohesion and community-based peace approaches.
- Conversant with research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
