Operations Manager – Device Financing Job Sure Cred

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end operations of our device financing business.
This role requires a professional who understands the complete mobile phone financing lifecycle—from customer acquisition and onboarding to after-sales support, collections, risk management, and technical system coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, portfolio performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full operational lifecycle of the device financing business.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Lead customer acquisition, onboarding, dealer management, and merchant partnership operations.
- Establish and optimize customer service, retention, and after-sales support processes.
- Work closely with collections and risk teams to improve repayment performance and portfolio quality.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to enhance systems, processes, and device financing tools.
- Ensure operational compliance and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in device financing, handset financing, consumer lending, fintech, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the entire phone financing process, including pre-sales, onboarding, after-sales operations, collections, risk control, and device management.
- Experience managing dealer networks, field teams, merchants, or financing operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across operations, risk, collections, and technical teams.
What We Are Looking For
- We are specifically seeking candidates who have hands-on experience within the mobile phone financing industry and can independently manage and optimize the entire operational process from customer acquisition through loan completion and asset recovery.
