Medical Jobs. Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Jobs. Looking for a medical job in Kenya? Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital is hiring an Oncology Tutor to deliver oncology training. The role is based in Nairobi and experience as a tutor is required.
The Oncology Tutor will coordinate paediatric oncology training by delivering theoretical and clinical instruction, assessing student performance, and ensuring curriculum compliance with Nursing Council standards. He/she will also Maintain clinical competence and contributes to quality improvement, audits, and research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Higher National Diploma in Oncology/Paediatric Oncology nursing or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Tutor.
- Certification as a TVET instructor is desirable and an added advantage.
- Certificate in any Paediatric Resuscitation skills will be an added advantage.
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya Practice license.
- Nursing Council of Kenya Registration Certificate.
