Member Capital Markets Tribunal, Non-Advocate Job JSC Nairobi, Kenya
Qualifications:
Pursuant to Section 35A (1)(c) & (d) of the Capital Markets Act (Cap. 485A), an applicant to be appointed as Member, Capital Markets Tribunal must possess the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Accounting/Finance option), Business Administration Accounting/Finance option), Economics, or any other recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Have at least seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Has demonstrated competence in the field of security.
- Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage;
- Have a high moral character, integrity, and impartiality (meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity).
